Ceremony

Processional, bride’s entrance, unity ceremony, recessional, and postlude. We coordinate timing with your officiant and handle all audio for the ceremony space including wireless mics for your officiant and any live performers.

Cocktail Hour

Background music while your guests mix and mingle. We read the room and match the energy to your crowd — whether that is elegant jazz, light acoustic, or upbeat contemporary hits.

Dinner

Background sets during dinner service. MC duties for any speeches, toasts, or special moments during dinner. We manage the pacing so the evening flows naturally from one moment to the next.

Reception

First dance, parent dances, anniversary dance, bouquet toss, cake cutting, and full dance floor sets. We build energy throughout the night and keep your guests dancing until the last song.
